Savor Panoramic Harbor and Skyline Views near Shelter Island

The views in our house are absolutely spectacular! The location is central to great restaurants, downtown SD, SeaWorld, and bay beaches where you can kayak or paddle board. It is a ideal choice for vacations and for business travelers looking for a comfortable place to call home while traveling. Entire House, 3 Patios, and parking for car in garage and driveway We like to stay out of our guests way during their stay, but we will always be accessible either via phone call or text; but if you are so relaxed and you don't want to expend energy to text or call, merely ring the wifi doorbell and it will connect to our cell phone and we can address any questions you may have. The mid-century modern house sits on the side of a hill in the La Playa neighborhood of Point Loma, overlooking the harbor. It is a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the harbor, beach, nice restaurants, and amenities. Please note 24 hours before arrival, we will provide you a door code you can use to enter the home, the same code locks the home when you come and go during your stay.

All About Location - Walk To Beach & Town

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Brand new remodel: contemporary, upscale and beautiful. Located DIRECTLY across the street from the beach and the entrance to our beach Trail! No scrambling for a parking space. Sunbathing, surfing, body boarding & people watching is but a stroll down the beach path in front of the building. 5 minute walk to the pier; 10 minute walk to downtown w/ shopping and restaurants. Beautifully designed home with stunning cliff views, just 15 minutes from Downtown and Beaches! Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio as the sun sets, or take a nighttime dip in the jacuzzi. The little house on the prairie has it all! Our home is ideal for groups, families, and girls' trips. Please note that no parties or extra guests are allowed. Bachelorette are permitted as long as its approved and quiet hours are respected. Kindly be mindful that this is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.

Hidden gem studio!- ideal location, private entry

You’ll love this peaceful and centrally-located space, minutes from the heart of Vista’s bustling restaurant & microbrewery scene (5 min away) and the beaches of Oceanside and Carlsbad (15 min away). This one room attached studio has its own entrance, private bathroom, queen sized bed, full refrigerator, kitchen essentials (including toaster and microwave), TV with streaming capabilities, and original wood burning stove! Surrounded by trees and chirping birds, there’s no place better in Vista!

Private, Updated Retreat- Views; Weddings; 2 Kings

Large 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, 3000 SF gated single family house with amazing mountain views located at the end of a private road on a 2+ acre lot in the hills in beautiful Fallbrook! We have comfortably hosted groups of up to 40 people. Very private. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have king beds. House was completely updated by the current owners in 2014. Recent updates include new sleeper sofas in 2021, new BBQ grill in 2022, Tesla Powerwall in 2023, new kitchen and patio table seats in 2024.

Awesome SD location, easy freeway access. Convenient shopping. Bright, cheerful 4bd. home on private cul de sac in Mt Helix community. Comfortably furnished, fully equipped kitchen. We have board games, cook books, beach toys & chairs, pac-n-play for the kids! Fast WFI, cable TV, dvd. Private fenced back yard with lots of trees, & room for kids to play, two covered patios & BBQ! We do not allow any parties, events or gatherings. Primary Guest must be 30 years of age or above.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It offers 5 bedrooms and a sunroom, where you can enjoy a game of ping pong or just sit back and relax and watch a movie. The home was just remodeled, so everything is brand new. You’ll find 4 bedrooms upstairs and the 5th bedroom en-suite downstairs. You’ll have a dedicated workspace in the en-suite, which has beautiful barn doors to shut out the noise and distractions for your web meetings.
