Start the day with a cup of Nespresso coffee in the marbled bathroom, a well-equipped full wet room with double-head shower. Set in a Grade II listed building, this accessible ground-floor cottage also offers Amazon Echo and antique wood floors. Provided free to guests is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park, located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. With its location adjacent to the harbour and in the centre of the village, Grade 2 listed Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The superking bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, is topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. All apartments possess full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and Amazon Echo devices. The generously proportioned wet rooms contain rain and handheld showers and heated towel rails, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Guests have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. This apartment is located in Quayside, one of Mevagissey's most prominent and historic heritage buildings, with direct and level harbour access. With its pubs and shops set in cobbled streets, this is an archetypally charming Cornish fishing village. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit. The seasonal Mevagissey - Fowey ferry (www.Mevagissey-ferries.co.uk) provides a fun and practical alternative to the busy holiday traffic and parking. St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. On your doorstep are an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutiques. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Padstow Ground Floor Apartment with parking.

Our spacious self contained ground floor apartment is in a quiet residential area of Padstow with private off road parking . The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Self contained one bedroom flat with modern well equipped kitchen wooden floor and luxury shower room. Wadebridge, a little gem on the Camel Trail.

Cosy studio apartment with parking right in the centre of Wadebridge, situated on the banks of the River Camel and linked to the seaside port of Padstow by the Camel trail. The apartment is literally yards from the trail and all the amenities. Accommodation comprises separate kitchen, bedroom with fitted wardrobes, small settee, TV and WiFi, shower room . You can have everything that you want within walking and cycling distance or use as a base to explore the wonderful north Cornwall coast.

Sea Glimpses Studio (with optional parking space)

This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance.

The Modern Cornish Holiday

An attractive 4 bed apartment located in a rural area, 2 miles from Trebarwith beach and 5 minutes drive from Tintagel village, where you will find shops, pubs and cafes. The coastal villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Polzeath are all a short drive away so you'll have every reason to visit these places of outstanding beauty. The property can sleep 4 people plus one baby, as a cot is also provided. Well trained pets are also welcome.
