Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι 140 τ.μ. στα βόρεια προάστια της Αθήνας. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται κοντά στο βουνό Πάρνηθα, ανάμεσα στα πεύκα, με μεγάλο κήπο και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την Αθήνα ενώ απολαμβάνουν τη φύση. Το κέντρο της Αθήνας απέχει 23 χιλιόμετρα και είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο, περίπου 25 λεπτά (το πιο γρήγορο μέσο), αλλά μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, περίπου 1 ώρα και 10 λεπτά (1 λεωφορείο και μετρό).
