Easy access via private entrance & parking. We provide a breakfast pack - milk, bread, juice, butter, jam, tea & ground coffee in the 1940’s cabinet stocked with kettle, microwave, fridge & toaster. Great for exploring the area by foot, cycle or car. Lots of local info from friendly hosts if needed.

A very modern and comfortable annexe, set in the historic village of Woodchester, just outside the capital of the Cotswolds. Frogmarsh Annexe is a self contained annexe which has a generous size bedroom with double bed with storage, a hanging rail. A lounge area with small sofa and wall mounted tv, Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, Tea, coffee,sugar, butter, jams and milk. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Off road parking. Own access to annexe.

Cosy Cotswold cottage - The Old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a cosy one-bedroom cottage in Nailsworth. Located a 10-minute walk from the town centre, it has lovely valley views and is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. There are many walking opportunities locally and Nailsworth offers several fantastic restaurants. The cottage includes a fully-equipped bathroom and kitchen, a comfortable living area with smart TV, and a cosy double bedroom. It also benefits from a private patio and free off-street parking for one car.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Apple Tree Cottage is an airy, yet cosy 1 bed studio cottage. Great base for exploring Cotswolds. Many local hiking opportunities. Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy double bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.
