This pet-friendly upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and 2 spacious private decks, accommodating 7 guests. Your friendly hosts, Jose and Lucinda of sandyfeet sandcastle services, live next door. Enjoy scenic views, a pool table and vacation essentials like boogie boards. The downstairs apartment is also available; consider renting the entire house!

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.

It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.
