Beautiful flat, a perfect location. Would definitely book again! You cannot go wrong. Parking was just 2 minute walk and we bought a permit that worked out cheaper and you could use in a lot of places. Fantastic flat, thank you Anna.

This is a great property in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything you need is available and the bed is very comfortable. Instructions and communication were detailed and helpful. The centre of Bournemouth is just a short walk. Thanks for having us.

Although we didnt see them Emily & Luke were great hosts, helpful on messages. The place was just what we needed, very secure & private, great to have a secure carpark to use close. The flat itself was lovely - everything you needed, clean & tidy. Lots of useful & clear instructions in the book.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

The house is very spacious and in a stunning peaceful location. There was more space at the front, back and inside than the description suggested. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a great stay at this riverside townhouse in Henley-on-Thames. The location was perfect—right by the river with easy access to boat hire and plenty of nearby restaurants and pubs. The house was spotless, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, though only two wine glasses were provided, which was a bit limiting for our group of six. The lounge had a three-seater sofa and two chairs; adding more seating would make it more comfortable for larger groups. The balcony, while lovely, had only four stools—two more would allow everyone to enjoy the outdoor space together. Overall, a clean, well-located property that could be even better with a few small adjustments.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Corinne's beautiful house. Fantastic location in Lymington close to the river & Marina, 10mins easy walk into the town centre. The lovely Living room overlooks a small park and beyond the river with boats going up and down. The house is well maintained and very clean, the photos don't really portray how large the downstairs is, what a great space and the rear French doors open up to a beautiful, peaceful garden. There's no parking onsite, but we never had any issues with free on-road parking close by. It's also easy to park directly outside the house for loading and unloading. Corrine was always very quick and helpful with any questions and notified us when the gardener was popping in. I'd highly recommend Corrine's property and no doubt we'll be back soon!

Very nice flat, a few minutes walk to the sea. A great location for the coast and the New Forest (10min drive away). Carl was very helpful and the flat was very clean. We had a great few days.

A lovely property, a little bit dated but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location, lovely views, right on the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby We had a delivery from Solent Tandoori which was lovely food at reasonable prices.

We had a lovely time in Marks boat house. The rooms are really nice furnished and very cosy. Everything was super clean, even the kettle was clean enough to boil water for a baby :) We immediately felt like home! The house is really close to the small harbour, there’s a large park perfectly for kids and dogs close by and the pub is also only a minute away. The only improvement we would suggest is getting some new pans and pots. The pan is very scratched and the pots not big enough to cook pasta for 3 adults. We would absolutely recommend staying there and we’ll come back if we’re ever in the area again!

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

This apartment was exactly as described. It had a beautiful view of the river. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was immaculate. Ted was very responsive to questions and was readily available to help if needed. We would definitely stay at Ted’s beautiful apartment again if we ever return to Southampton!

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

60 steps from pavement to flat, but so worth it. lovely flat, just like the pictures. stairs a bit narrow. comfy bed, netflix, and lovely plants

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly as described and spotlessly clean throughout. Also very well stocked of all essentials. My family loved the whole weekend, especially having their cups of tea each morning in bed looking out to sea. We’ll certainly be back. Thank you Tara.
