The Hideaway Loft. Pool*, Sauna, Gym, Yoga classes

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.
