Cool place, very walkable, close to lots of good restaurants, Broadway, the Ryman, etc. Walked to a concert over at the Pinnacle. Walked everywhere - didnt need an Uber/Lyft except to and from the airport. Nice to go up on the roof and hang out looking at the skyline. Would definitely recommend and will look this up next time we come to town!

It’s a great place. I loved the loft style and the layout was great. It was actually a lot of space. I’d definitely stay again. And the neighborhood was great. I don’t like staying on broadway. You definitely spend some money in Ubers and parking but I’d much rather stay at a place like this than a hotel on broadway. It was an awesome place.

Lauren was very accessible and kind, I had a hiccup finding the location but she patiently guided me. The place is gorgeous and accommodated our needs.

Great little place walkable to downtown, yet quiet and off the beaten path! Very clean and well decorated! Linda was a great host, very friendly, even packed us a goodie bag for our trip home!

Greg is one of the most genuine souls you’ll ever meet, you will see that in the way he shared his home with you. He and his family have a way of making you feel like you’re family in for long visit. We loved Bella, she took her job of greeting you and seeing you off seriously. Greg’s place was clean, comfortable, cozy in all the best ways. We will definitely revisit again, and tell our friends about Greg!

If you're thinking about staying here, just go ahead and book it. We love Barbara's place and we're already planning a trip back. This airbnb is RUSTIC. That's what makes it so charming. It is in the country, so expect country things like bees, wasps, ticks, deer, other critters. I work remotely and had no issues with the wifi for zoom meetings. Worked great. Good AC, clean bathroom, quirky kitchen things, beautiful art all over the barn, charming and quirky decor.

This one TOPS all the AirBnBs I’ve stayed at. Absolutely beautiful loft in the charming town of Fayetteville. The loft was extremely clean. Very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed, in case you forgot to pack it. There was a welcome book with some goodies for us on the counter for when we arrived. No detail was left out. The bed (primary bedroom) was extremely comfortable! Bedroom even had a nightlight and sound machine… WIN! My only complaint is that we didn’t book this Historic Loft for longer! We will definitely be returning to Fayetteville and 100% staying at this Loft.

I will definitely be back again and stay there! Ron was very responsive, the space was exactly as described, and it’s as centrally located as it gets!

A True Home Away from Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Armory Lofts during the work week for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about both the space and the host, Jamie! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The loft is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both a short visit and an extended stay. Jamie is an exceptional host—attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a seamless experience. We arrived at the apartment and it felt instantly like home. The furnishings are really nice and suit the neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

So thankful to stay here on our way back home after leaving a vacation early because of a hurricane in Florida! All the hotels in the area were full but when we requested booking Oscar replied in 5 minutes and we were able to have a place to stay after a long day in the car. The separate bedrooms were great to have with our young kids and check-in easy and quick.

Stunning, well-designed and beautiful space in a convenient location. Lovely apartment with beautiful design, furniture, lighting, and décor. You can tell the space with expertly designed and planned. Feels like a magazine set. Décor is modern, but feels very comfortable and homey. Includes full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Highly recommend a stay here. Be aware unit is on second floor and walkway/steps were a little slippery from wet leaves. It took us a few tries to get the key code to work, but we finally figured it out. Unit only had 1 roll of TP and paper towels, so maybe stock up before you arrive. There is a Publix and Kroger located within a short drive. Would stay here again.
