Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

Can’t say enough about how much I loved this place. Getting to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view was probably my favorite part since I’m a sucker for peace and quiet. Taking a dip on the hot tub after long hours of driving was a life saver as well! I don’t think I could’ve done the drive I did without it. On top of the room being so super cozy (even for my little old pup who got to enjoy there being a dog bed provided), the food was amazing as well! Pizza was the best I’ve had in years and I’ll be thinking about the eggplant parmigiana for months to come. Definitely telling all my friends and family that this is the place to stay if you’re ever traveling thru the area. Can’t recommend it enough!

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the cottage in Normaltown and we hope to go back again in the future. It's the perfect spot for privacy yet close to the city where there's so much to do. One minute you can see a great show but in the morning you can sit and drink coffee and sit on the porch and rock in the rocking chairs out front. Love it so much and would highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Joy's little house. We wanted to be north of Atlanta to visit different family and also get to Atlanta for some tourists attractions like the zoo and aquarium. We thought it was easy to get into the city and centrally located to our family. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and had extra touches making it feel more like a high end hotel than a traditional AirBNB. We loved driving in and out of the house and seeing the horses running free and the home is on an absolutely beautiful piece of property. My kids loved the space upstairs so much also. I would highly recommend this location. We did meet Joy and she was so friendly and nice.

Our stay was perfect and everything we hoped for. Hosts were very responsive when needed. Hot tub and relaxing outside was the highlight. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for providing everything in the descriptions.

We loved staying here! The cottage was perfect for our short stay—walkable to the coffee shop, Alexian Village and lots of trails like the Rainbow Falls trail. The kids loved it!

We had a wonderful and cozy one night stay, but wish we could have stayed longer. Stephen and Beth were great hosts and their guest cottage made us feel right at home. It was private, easy to find/park, clean and so beautifully decorated. We slept very comfortably and felt like we had everything we could have needed. We would absolutely stay again. I have stayed in several Airbnbs in Nashville and this one is top notch. Great hosts and awesome location. The area is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. Highly recommend!

This place was very roomy and nicely appointed. If you like to cook your own meals while traveling (as we do), Christy's is perfect with a large butcher-block island and a truly fully equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had zero issues during our 3 days, therefore there was no need to reach out to Christy. Instructions she provided was very clear and we appreciated the safety minded reminder not to back out of the street as it does get busy with high vehicle speeds. Even though the place is off a busy street, we heard no traffic noise since the place is set back and behind the garage. If you're in Dalton, GA this is the place to stay.

We had an enjoyable stay and would stay again when traveling in the area again. Morning coffee on the screened porch overlooking the back yard was a great start to the day!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy guest house! It was the perfect size for two adults — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We were visiting our son nearby, and this was such a better experience than staying in a hotel. It felt private, peaceful, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Communication with the host was easy and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience we have had. We only stayed for a night but we definitely will go back! Amy and Grant are lovely people with such cool interests. Their coffee shop was also very unique and we had the best cinnamon rolls.

Just what we needed for a quick trip to Nashville- clean, private, affordable and well thought out. It’s small, but we really just needed a place to sleep so it was perfect and it was nice to be able to make our own breakfast before on the go.

Host was very kind and responsive. The driveway was super steep and I was nervous my little car wouldn’t get up it but it went up just fine (when I didn’t get nervous and stop 🤦‍♀️). Never had a problem with the WiFi. The place and surroundings are beautiful. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. I look forward to coming back again.

Lovely little home with lovely flowers and artistic touches. Perfect quiet location while visiting my son at UGA. Juana was very accommodating when I made a last minute reservation, and had everything ready for us when we arrived.

Perfect for 2 people. Lovely street and quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and attractions. Met my standards for cleanliness which is most important. If you have a problem with carrying luggage, etc up stairs this is not for you. We didn’t have this issue, and we liked that the stairs are inside and well lit.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely beautiful weekend at Courtney’s place! This place is stunning from the second you walk in. The patio was a great way to enjoy the spring weather! The kitchen was also extremely well stocked! 1000% will be staying here again!

The place was well set up, the location to the John C Campbell Folkschool was very convenient (8 minutes away), and for the weeklong course was great to have an affordable, quiet, private off-campus home base. Mayvis was consistently responsive and helpful.

The property and surrounding areas are beautiful and extremely peaceful. The rental was clean, neat, safe, and comfortable. Our host Margee was very kind, friendly, understanding, and responded to my messages within a few minutes. Although the rental is near her home, it felt like we were by ourselves. The property has several areas to enjoy including gazebo and a nearby river (side note, she even has walking sticks next to the rental for hiking).The location is so private and gorgeous that it felt like a piece of heaven just for you. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, beautiful scenery, amenities, and nearby shopping this is the perfect place. I hope to go back soon!
