Modern comfy & cosy Barn in a rural quiet location

The Barn is a grade 2 listed, detached thatched Barn. A fine balance of the old and new. Converted to a modern, 21st Century dwelling, it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

The Little Barn, Topcroft, Artist’s home

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A large modern kitchen and a real woodburner in the large sitting room. A private patio outside with fairy lights at night, a bbq, firepit and private garden at the back of the property.

Corner Cottage

This property is the front annex to the main house, therefore totally separate. It is rented out self catering with a kitchen/diner and seating for 6. The property has 3 double ensuite bedrooms, all with own key entry. The kitchen dining area is exclusively for guest use and includes tea/coffee, the property is on a main road and takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city. There are also frequent buses which go to the city centre and train station. The UEA & main Hospital are close by.

Large Detached 5 bed House with Fire pit & parking

An exceptional large family home with a beautiful firepit perfect for toasting marshmallows 🔥🍡 7min from the Roarr! Adventure 35 mins from BeWilderwood. Excellent road links, A47, 2mins. A11, 10 Mins. The market town of Dereham is a 7 min drive hosting a variety of supermarkets and amenities including Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl. The Bothy @ Jasmine House Norfolk, Bawdeswell

The Bothy is a well-appointed, contemporary two storey scandi-style, detached holiday cottage. It is suitable for one or two people who wish to explore Norfolk from its central location in comfort & privacy. There is ample parking and a lovely small orchard to the rear for guests' private use. Lots of nice things are included to make your stay enjoyable & we welcome everyone from all over the world. Price includes cleaning. Extra charge for use of EV charger & one-off charge per dog.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A great place to relax whilst visiting the fine city of Norwich or venturing out on the broads or Norfolk coast,the property is located in Old Catton north of the city so very easy access to both city / broads and coast . Working away and need a quiet relaxing space to stay to recharge after a busy day , the house is fully equipped with all you need to make it feel home from home The garden is dog friendly with a secure garden

A special space in the heart of a special city! Located in the centre of Norwich this beautiful 180 year old property is the perfect spot to explore the vibrant and beautiful city. This recently renovated house offers a stylish and unique space that is conveniently located within view of the stunning Norwich Cathedral and just a short walk from the famous covered market and Norwich lanes! As well as dozens of pubs, independent shops and churches (this is Norwich after all!).

Stunning Barn Conversion

A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

Lovely and pretty house, close to the city centre.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.lots of great places near by to get food and drinks, local transport is great to the city or out to the university or hospital. Upstairs bathroom with a roll top bath a toilet and downstairs toilet. Full use of the garden One large double and a smaller double in the second, new bathroom. parking : some on street parking and a permit available. lots of lovley cafes and shops near by and great parks.
