The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Beautiful apartment with an open floor plan with bedrooms split apart, in like new condition, with a screened balcony. It was very quiet. You do have to go up 19 steps to the apt. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our two week stay.

Nelly was a fabulous host. She was responsive to my needs and the place is absolutely lovely. A great location con downtown Orlando I would definitely stay there again

This place is better than as described. Clean. Spacious. Safe. conveniently located. Near conveniences like restaurants, the beach, drug stores, grocery stores, gas stations, whatever you could need or want. It’s in a nice building in a decent neighborhood. Hosts promptly responded to our requests regarding check-in time. Nothing ever went wrong while we were there that would have required to contact. But I’m quite sure they would act as promptly as they did before we arrived.

We had a great time! Perfect location to get to Disney and Universal, so nice to have extra space for a family of 4.

Our stay at Anna's place was great. The condo was exactly as pictured and clean. The condo was surprisingly quiet for the location. The location was perfect. Within walking distance of downtown Orlando, great restaurants, and Publix. Short drive to the parks. We will be coming back next year!

Loved calling Gabriel's place our "home" for several days. The home is sparking clean and looks exactly like the photos. Peaceful and quiet gated community. The place has everything we need. Great location to Disney theme parks, grocery stores and restaurants. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we return to the area.

This was my first Airbnb experience and what a pleasure it was. It was a home away from home. From moving from out of state, the stay was like being at your own home. Very spacious and had everything you needed. I highly recommend and if ever needed again, will definitely be staying here!!

This property was the ideal layout to accommodate my husband and I, our two kids and my parents. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed when we cooked in. The coffee/tea bar was an added bonus. And the location was close to both Spanish Springs and Sumpter's Landing with lots of restaurant options. The back lanai had a lovely lake view - so peaceful!

Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

We had a group of 7, 3 being children between the ages of 6 and 13, and the place was perfect! The kids bedroom was huge and had plenty of room for them to play and hang out. The place was very spacious, very clean. There were plenty of games in the home for us to play plus the arcade in the community which the kids enjoyed! The commute to Universal was close as well. We would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, quiet and beautiful surroundings. The property is well maintained and very secure, allowing my family to rest comfortably. Anderson provided great communication before I arrived, he was welcoming upon arrival and promptly responsive throughout the entire trip. I would highly recommend this place.
