Renting out our spacious kids-friendly home approx. 35 min walk from old town, 12 min drive from the airport.  The gated semi-detached house has two floors - 2x bedrooms on top and living/kitchen area on the ground floor which leads to a private sunny terrace and a garden area, only available to the gated community. The garden has a great play area for kids - leaving you with a stress free terrace🧘🏼‍♀️ Ideal stay for a family or a group of friends.  Animal free house (in case of allergies).

Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

We have newly renovated rooms in a beautiful place just outside Tallinn. In total we have 3 rooms located in our office building. This house received "Beautiful Home Award" from the President of Estonia in year 2010. The rooms are usually used by our own employees, but most of the time they are available. During renovation we did our best to make the rooms as comfortable as possible (hotel grade high quality beds, newest 4K LG Smart TVs, high speed wireless internet, high quality carpet, etc)

It is located in the highly rated, new and peaceful residential area of ​​Merivälja. There are forest and hiking trails and a small shop nearby. The sea and Pirita beach, Viimsi and Pirita center, restaurant, cinema, spa, sports club, beauty salon, supermarket, pharmacy, adventure park, etc. are located within a 2.5 km radius. The nearest bus stop to the center of Tallinn is located 900m away, where buses leave every 15 minutes. Bolt's friendly neighborhood (cars, scooters, taxi, courier).

The place is in a peaceful garden area of Tallinn's Pirita region, about 20 minutes by bus or car from the city center and Old Town. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Pirita is known for its beach, forests, river, and yacht harbor all within 3-4 km. Nearby are the TV Tower with restaurant and a botanical garden, each a 10-minute walk. The house includes a garden, sauna, terrace with a hot tub, and parking for 4 cars. During stay guest will live alone in the house.

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Sightseeings, museums, restaurants of Old Town within a short walk. Enjoy yourself and companions in medieval atmosphere. Great for creative retreat.

Viimsi Retreat – Sauna, Sunsets & Serenity

Welcome to our cherished home in peaceful Viimsi, just outside Tallinn. This is our main residence, where we live and raise our children — not a typical rental. We open it to guests only while we’re away, so it’s filled with warmth, care, and character. Enjoy the sauna, fireplace, outdoor grill, top-floor patio with sunsets, and a calm workspace. We kindly ask you to treat our home and personal belongings with respect, just as you would your own.

Small but functional and characterful accommodation in nearly 700 year old medieval building. Built in year 1339. Cool on summer, warm on winter. Located in the heart of the old town, 150 meters from Town Hall Square. Surrounded with restaurants, cafes, shops, museums etc, yet quiet and private- tucked away in a gated courtyard.

Our large three-story house can accommodate 15 people. The house is located in the Old Town of Tallinn next to the UNESCO-listed wall. The location of the house is ideal if you want to take part in the sights of the Old Town, museums, good places to eat, and other things that Tallinn has to offer.
