Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a self contained spacious one bedroom stable conversion with a secure courtyard garden. You can also have access to our private 7 acre field. The village has a lovely dog friendly pub, an excellent local shop and butchers all within a 5 minute walk of the cottage. The village is located in the Wensum Valley, a well renowned beautiful chalk stream. The cottage has easy access to Norwich, 14 miles and is 35 minutes from the North Norfolk coast. The Stables is a spacious, 2 bedroom annexe situated in a quiet rural location with views of the Norfolk countryside. The Stable boasts of comfortable beds with 200 thread count Egyptian cotton. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating with bbq facilities. The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub.

Little Dial, in the heart of rural Norfolk

Welcome to Little Dial, privately set behind a former village pub in a rural community. Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children. Please note, there are two small steps down to the bedroom and two steps down to the patio.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Sycamore Yurt

Finished to a high standard our yurts come fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break including wood burners with oven, private barbecue, sun loungers, hammock. Private shower and WC facilities. Woodfired pizza oven for use of both yurts. Book both yurts together with family and friends and get whole site to yourselves.

Rayners Farm Lodge Mid Norfolk
