Chic Vibes in a Lakeside Townhouse

This gorgeous home features a contemporary interior where minimalist-inspired spaces intertwine with wooden textures and soft greys. Lounge on the comfortable sofa while watching Netflix and spend the afternoon on the outdoor patio. BEDROOM: The first bedroom has queen-sized beds while the second and third one have a double bed. All beds are topped with fresh linens that are professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedroom has a lot of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The townhouse has 2 bath and toilets and 1 stand-alone toilet room. I will provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen whenever you're craving for home-cooked meals and has: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - dishwasher - plates, glasses, and utensils - cooking pots and pans - a basic selection of breakfast foods such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to stock food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 55 inch smart TV with Free Netflix that you can use. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is a courtyard that you can use for a quick chilling out after a long, tiring day. There is a key-safe for self check-in, although I am just a message away if you need help checking-in. Guests are left to enjoy the privacy of their own space; however, you are welcome to contact me via Airbnb any time and I’ll endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The townhouse is within walking distance of Lake Ginninderra which offers stunning views and scenic trails for hiking and riding a bike. There's an array of restaurants and cafes nearby with the bus stop next door making it easy to explore Canberra. Located within walking distance to Lake Ginninderra and an array of restaurants and cafes. The bus stop (Number 250, 52 and 53) is conveniently next door ensuring you can get around Canberra easily. It’s a great place for a family but you will need to use the stairs as all the bedrooms are upstairs.

Welcome to our studio situated on our farm in Collector. The space has a queen size bed and two single trundle beds. The studio is in a rural location and surrounded by beautiful views and farmland. Your bed-sitter sits above a sewing classroom which is accessed by a staircase. There is no WiFi or free to air TV, however there is a good selection of DVD's The bathroom is downstairs with a limited size hot water tank. Rainwater is precious. We are Pet friendly. Our lovely Kelpie dog is Gypy.
