This is a clean, comfortable space, located in the heart of Bend. It's close enough to everything that you would want to walk to, while being far enough removed to be peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Emily is a great host and this place is a perfect couples getaway right in the heart of town between old mill district and downtown and by the river! It's our second time renting this unit and loved being so close to the river and multiple restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops and more. We brought our bikes and it was great being able to store them on the private fenced patio or in the extra storage unit out back. Also a plus having your own parking lot off the street. We walked and rode bikes all over from the rental. This place is immaculately clean and well decorated and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials and more. Loved having a washer/dryer in unit. Emily was very responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating. Only thing that could have made our stay better is a bigger bed and perhaps removing shower doors and going with curtain instead - shower is narrow. That said, bed and bedding are comfy and we'd definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay, great location for a weekend in Bend. After spending a day running on trails, this was the perfect space to relax and recover. Every little thing was well thought out in this spot.

Great location. Quiet setting. We loved walking to the Old Mill area and breakfast at Jackson Corner right across the street. The home was perfect for the two of us. Very clean. Great value. We will definitely be back!

Great home base while visiting Bend with a combo of new, modern and comfortable feel. Complete with a well stocked kitchen, a deck for coffee and bird watching & two en suite bedrooms with comfortable beds, cozy desk areas and private lux bathrooms. We enjoyed the central location and the nearby Deschutes River Trail . The Old Mills district with lots to do and see was a quick 5 min drive or 15/20 min walk on nearby nature trail. Tatyana and Dale were great hosts and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Next time we visit Bend we hope to stay again!

I stumbled upon this place on accident and very last minute. Within 20 minutes of me requesting to stay at his place, he responded and I was able to get it no problem. There is a beautiful view and it is very quiet and peaceful. If bringing a pet, follow the rules, there are lots of dogs around.

Great space in a really nice location central to Bend! Chris was very communicative and the place was perfectly appointed, clean, and comfortable. would gladly stay again and will look to do so next time in Bend!

I’m so often hesitant to book an Airbnb because the photos don’t match the description or the host fails to mention the 7AM construction start next door, or or or…. Monica’s place gives Airbnb a good name. Exactly as described. Such a lovely space. Everything you need is there and there’s a terrific grocery store less than a mile away. Perfect for me and my teenager on a ski trip. We had two questions about the place that Monica answered immediately when we checked in. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. We’ll be back!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly impressed. It was quaint and impeccably clean, providing a perfect balance of privacy and friendly ambiance. The hosts were highly accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant. This experience was definitely a better choice than spending $300 on a hotel, offering great value and comfort. Highly recommended!

absolutely loved staying here. we were there for a month working remote, was super easy to work from and live in. walking to downtown is so easy, literally 1 minute walk to an amazing coffee place or breakfast burritos, minutes to the river. can't wait to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bart and Marivic's place. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped. Bart and Marivic were so kind and generous. We enjoyed the many snacks and groceries they left for us. The location was perfect with shops, restaurants and breweries just a few steps away. Communication and instructions were good before and during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment.

What a great place. Probably one of the top 5 AirBnbs we have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot of places. Robert is a friendly, responsive and gracious host. The space is great. It gets a lot of light for a basement. The location is amazing. You can walk to downtown, the Box Factory and the Old Mill District, as well as, the trails along-side the Deschutes River. The only thing to be aware of is that, it is a basement, so if there are guests in the Church unit above, you will hear them. However, it was not that loud and it did not bother us. We would definitely stay here again!

To start, Seventh Mountain Resort is an amazing place and we go couple of times a year. It's super close to Mt. Bachelor and right outside of Bend. This condo is one of the closest to the pools and restaurant, as well as the EV charging station. It has mountain views and connects to multiple trails right behind the building (perfect for trail running, hiking, gravel/mountain biking, or snow shoeing). The condo had what we needed to cook, hangout, and rest comfortably. The best part, the host was super flexible, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to our next stay at this place.

Great place near Mt Bachelor. The house has everything to cook, but you'll need to bring essentials, like oil, etc.. Beds are great. Soft mattresses. The resort has 3 jacuzzis and pools as well as an ice drink so it's great for the evenings after ski. Will stay here again.

Great apartment! Location is perfect, walkable with trails along river, can walk to park & downtown Bend. Cozy, clean & felt safe. Jessica even got me a blender for my morning smoothies 😊 I will recommend this to friends/family. I will definitely stay again.

The location could not be better for going to the mountain. So many activities on site. Loved all the pools and hot tubes. They are located super close to all the amenities. Had a t.v. issue but they were on it to get it resolved. I was not aware i only rented the room thought i was getting the whole place but it worked out great. Will definitely be back!

We went up to go skiing before Thanksgiving since Mt Bachelor opened early this year. The resort is the closest place to stay to the mountain, so the location is fantastic. The amenities are top notch. The hot tub, sauna, and pools are open until 10, and are a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The condo was exactly as advertised. It has been fully renovated and everything was in great shape and nicely decorated. There is an ice machine downstairs from the unit and the laundry is in the neighboring building. The bedroom is good sized, so there is plenty of room for luggage without it feeling cramped. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

My fiancé and I had a fantastic stay. Beautiful view of the river, with walkability into downtown. The hot tub was nice to soak in one evening as well. Melanie is very responsive and helpful if any questions arise.

Really enjoyed our stay, loved the noise machines in each room and the private patio with the hot tub. Conveniently located and quiet, even though it was near a busy street.

Loved my stay here. Very cozy with all the amenities and nice touches throughout. Perfect stay for one or a couple in Sunriver!
