About this Space: Centrally located near the strip (10 minutes), airport (10 minutes), and Henderson. Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip to Vegas. Acces to the barbecue area, pool, and outside patio area which has a full Home Theater with comfortable seating. Our family does use the back yard. Cozy and Comfy studio

Welcome to this cozy studio in Las Vegas!!!! This studio is perfect to relax and rest during your vacation in the city. You will have your own A/C with cold and heat mode and a TV with Roku and Disney+ We are only 10 minutes away from Las Vegas Strip. You can get to the airport in 8 minutes. Rounded by shopping centers, markets, banks, etc... The studio has private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Only the front yard is a common area where you can see other guests. Definitively you will love it

Guest House with yard

No cleaning or resort fees to pay! Rest and relax in this upgraded luxury home with rustic vibes. This home sits in the Northwest area of Las Vegas (about 20min from strip). It is surrounded by a backyard oasis including views of pool, large pine trees, and nature. Guests will have their own private access, private small yard, and parking space. The home sits in a quiet cul de sac filled with nature sounds. We welcome pups, guest house has dedicated dog run area (pets must be approved by host).

Luxury Guest Suite

Luxury Guest House with full kitchen and home amenities, comes with a queen luxury mattress bed with a Futon Sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult or 2 children. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.
