Close to Lake Sumter with Golf Cart

Located in St Charles, walking distance to SeaBreeze rec center on a dead end street. I also have a 2 br villw if you need to split nights because of my availability. My favorite spot in the house is the bar! It's great for working. Pet friendly because they are family! Golf cart & guest passes included! Coffee pods, grounds, sweeteners and creamers are provided. I don't like to pay pet or cleaning fees because I am a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too........so I don't charge them!

Sweetwater Cottage private dock, canoe & kayaks

Come enjoy our lakeside cottage and its fun relaxing vibe! This private home is fully fenced and features a private dock. We are pet friendly for well behaved four legged friends that enjoy traveling. We have a 14 ft canoe and 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes. Bring your boat! We have a community boat ramp one street over. Only minutes to downtown Inverness! PET FEE $25 per pet paid directly to host.

A beautiful peaceful cozy family and pet friendly 3/1 home in Dade City. For a memorable vacation; why not stay in an unforgettable home while enjoying an environment surrounded by nature. Minutes from Down Town, groceries stores and restaurants. We don’t allow 3rd party bookings without approval, if you book-you must be present. Full kitchen stock with basic cookware, laundry and dishwasher. Stainless grill in the covered patio with outdoor sitting and a TV. Great for walking or bicycling.

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Beautiful villa near Sumter Landing w/ Golf Cart

Perfect central location between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock! 4 seat electric golf cart provided to enjoy exploring all that The Villages has to offer. Totally remodeled, new appliances, new flooring, new furnishings, large screen TV's in every room. Luxurious king bed in master and queen bed in guest bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to prepare a delicious meal. Decorated with comfort in mind including 4 power recliners & extra comfy bedding.

Entire home in The Villages, Florida This lovely home with beautiful kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Nicely appointed charmer with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy quiet evenings in your peaceful lanai or on your paver patio with your evening cocktail. Located in Sumter Landing, which is “Considered the Best Village Center in The Villages”!!! Close to shopping, Brownwood, Golf courses and Recreation Centers. Enjoy a unique and tranquil getaway.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Just refurnished June 2022. In the heart of this active community The Villages ! Over 50 golf courses/200 swimming pools, Pickleball/tennis , etc. 1.5 mi to the most popular town center , Lake Sumter. Lake Pan Cabin #2

This quaint one room cabin provides a tranquil lake view with a front porch swing for your ultimate relaxation. Restroom located within a few feet and a larger bath house (with shower) located less than 300 feet from cabin. Charcoal grills and a fire pit located near the cabin for your use. Complimentary use of our single kayaks or canoe. The boats are available after 9am (office opens) and must be returned by 3:30pm. They are not available when the office is closed.

Waterfront canal with nothing but wildlife on the other side to observe while you drink coffee on the expansive screened porch. Use our kayaks that we provide to explore the chain of lakes in the small town of Floral City close to Inverness. Boat ramp across from the house. Home has been newly renovated. Kid friendly with pack n play, kids table, and dish ware.
