The residences at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 are inspired by the mountain environment that surrounds the resort. SKI BRECK Dec 26 2026 - Jan 2 2027 in a first floor/street level studio is a short walk from Peak 9 Quicksilver SuperChair and located on the historic Main Street where restaurants and shopping abound. Enjoy hot tubs, heated pool, and fitness facilities. One king size bed and one queen size Murphy Bed, fireplace, full size bathroom, kitchenette, wifi, cable, DVD, use of a media room, ski valet and storage, front desk/concierge, housekeeping and one underground heated parking at $25/night.

Spacious Loft Rooms with Queen Beds – Ideal for Your Mountain Getaway. Our loft-style rooms offer a cozy and comfortable stay in Winter Park. Each room features a queen bed on the main floor and an additional queen bed in the loft, accessible via a steep staircase. All rooms include a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a small refrigerator. Please note that room décor varies, and some rooms have both beds on the same level. We do not have A/C, and all rooms are up multiple stairs.
