The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Lovely 3 bedroom detached house, minutes walk from the beach Located on the north side of Swanage, so just a short walk along the beach promenade to get to the main shops My family are originally from Swanage many generations ago & my great grandparents had the house built in the 1930's & has been kept in the family ever since, so the house is very special to us The house benefits from a large garden to the front, side & rear. Please note, the guests are advised to bring their own towels.

Whistles View, Swanage

Our guest house is located next to our own home, it is self-contained and has its own entrance. It has a living space, a bedroom, en suite shower room, kitchenette area and private decking. The decking is northerly facing and looks out over fields, hills and the Swanage steam railway track which only 10 metres away! Guests will see steam trains and diesels going past in daylight hours. The guest home is cosy and practical and suitable for up to 4 adults or families with up to 2 children.

The property is surrounded by National Trust land offering walks and cycling. Please note, in August changeover day is Saturday.

'Moontide' is a character filled holiday home just five minutes straight and level walk to the main beach where you will also find other amenities such as shops, pubs, restaurants, bars and cafes. The ground floor maisonette has on-site private parking and there are car charging facilities opposite the property in the main beach car park. The holiday home has front and rear south facing gardens, a sunny patio area and plenty of room for surf boards, paddleboards and bicycles.

The Cottage is an open plan building next to the entrance to Corfe Common in a tranquil setting. Downstairs there is a King-size bed & upstairs there are 2 single beds . Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space. Downstairs has Wet-room with sink & separate toilet & sink New Kitchen WiFi Log burner and 2 free basket of logs South facing Patio Parking 2 cars 5 mins walk to Corfe Village Pets welcome.

Roomy bungalow on a quiet street in north Swanage. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to Sheps Hollow steps & Ballard Down coastal path, 1 mile into town. Driveway parking and enclosed garden. 3 bedrooms - 2 x super king & 1 x single bed. Hand and bath towels are provided but beach towels are not. Check in after 3pm Check out latest 10am I will always let you know if you can access the bungalow longer but it’s tricky in busy times. Thanks & enjoy your relaxing stay!
