The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Laurel Canyon Boutique Cabin

Newly built Laurel Canyon boutique cabin features a loft-bed (single) with sky light, and day-bed (double) below. The Cabin is equipped with a full bath, Wi Fi, electric fireplace, coffee maker, microwave, and large flat-screen T.V. which can be seen from both the loft and below. The patio includes a pleasant seating area with views of the hillside and a ping pong table. There is a tall wooden staircase leading to a private deck and garden area with pergola, and lounge chairs, stunning views.

Quiet studio in my back yard. One guest, no visitors. Central to all, Universal Studios, NoHo Arts District, Metro, Burbank Studios, recording studios. Great for a creative for work or rest. Non-traditional space. You have a private entrance and the space is airy, bright, clean & quiet. No kitchen, but you'll have a minifridge, microwave, coffee-maker. Private patio. From the patio, through entrance #2 step into the bathroom foyer and bathroom. Super comfy bed, Parking in my driveway. Welcome!

The Bungalow is in the heart of the media center next to Warner Brother Studios, Universal Studios, Burbank Studios and more. It is just 10 minutes from the Hollywood Bowl and Manns Chinese Theater. You can walk to MANY restaurants and grocery stores as well as shops and a drugstore. It is 1 block from a large outdoor free exercise park and close to great hikes. It's close to Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Lake Hollywood, Hollywood, and the 134, 101, 170 & 5 Freeways & metro & bus stops.

Enjoy a peaceful, safe stay in this 2-bed 1-bath, private, safe, quiet guest house in Valley Village (a small neighborhood in Studio City). This guest house was built in 2022, includes new appliances, heat/AC, is centrally located near major freeways (101, 405, 134, 170), and just a few blocks away from iconic Ventura Blvd (shopping and restaurants!), a short drive to Hollywood Hills, Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Universal Studios. Pets welcome (enclosed patio)! EV charging available for fee.
