Favoloso appartamento situato al primo piano (= diciassette gradini e ascensore che vi porteranno a fianco della porta d'ingresso della casa) in un palazzo del 1600-1700. Questo appartamento è stato completamente restaurato nel 2014, conservando gli affreschi originali del 1600-1700 che sono in tutte le pareti interne Il suo bellissimo balcone e le sue finestre si affacciano sulla Famosa Loggia del Porcellino. Arredato con cura e con eleganti mobili di alta gamma lo rende veramente un gioiello. L'appartamento è stato completamente e finito di restaurarto ( escluso gli affreschi) a GIUGNO 2014 con primissime qualita nei materiali a e con tutti confort che occorrono e arredato con gusto . L'edificio è del 1200 ed all'interno di tutto l'appartamento, le pareti interne hanno affreschi originali e no restaurati, dell'anno 700. Ideale per chi vuole vivere la Storia di Firenze. Si trova in una posizione fantastica e soprattutto nel mezzo dell' area pedonale. Per chi ama visitare i monumenti ed i musei più importanti della città, si possono raggiungere brevemente a piedi senza nessun bisogno di qualunque servizio pubblico essendo l'appartamento nel cuore del centro storico. Gli ospiti avranno a completa disposizione , tutto l'appartamento e tutti i confort di cui ne fanno parte. La cucina è predisposta per tutti i tipi di colazione ( Bollitore per the, Tostapane, Macchina per il caffè alla americana, Moka per caffè alla italiana,Vari tipi di Tè , ecc....) per cucinare è fornito di tutto il necessario ( Pentole, Posate, Bicchieri, Piatti, Frigorifero, Microonde, ecc...) In qualunque momento del giorno sono a loro completa disposizione pronto a consigliarli , aiutarli o a raggiungerli , qualora avessero bisogno o urgenze o lo desiderassero. L'appartamento è meraviglioso e situato nel quartiere più importante del centro storico.Esso ha il balcone più grande di tutta la Piazza. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dai musei, monumenti più importanti della città e della Storia. Consiglio vivamente la cucina toscana, cui ne sarei onorato a consigliarvi alcuni ristorantini tipici Fiorentini. Accanto all'appartamento, si trovano i negozi con i migliori marchi di moda del mondo. Essendo in una aerea esclusivamente pedonale , per muoversi con mezzi motorizzati , è possibile chiamare un Taxi , oppure spostarsi con gli autobus. Per chi arriva in macchina , è obbligatorio prenotare il posto auto al Garage di nostra fiducia. Basta informare me , ed io provvederò a fare ciò ed ad informarvi dell'indirizzo, costi e come fare ad raggiungerlo. Dallo appartamento , il Garage , dista a metri 150. NOTA BENE : Importantissimo : Chiedo di essere informato : 1) orario del vostro arrivo ; 2) la disposizione dei letti ((URL HIDDEN) Se si desidera anticipare il Check-in, in molti casi è possibile farlo. Dalle ore 10:30 am , io offro la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento , spiegare il funzionamento dello appartamento , prendere le chiavi ed andare a visitare subito la città. Io mi occuperò di consegnare lo appartamento perfettamente pulito ed organizzato ( in base alle vostre richieste ), ed alle (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) pm ) l'appartamento perfetto ed io uscire dallo appartamento chiudendo la porta dietro di me . Chiedete pure. Se si vuole fare una vacanza che rimanga nel cuore e nei ricordi per tutta la vita, decisamente questo appartamento potrà contribuire molto nel fare sì che succeda per come è l' alloggio e per dove è situato. L'appartamento è nel quartiere più importante del centro storico. Esso ha il balcone più grande di tutta la Piazza. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dai musei, monumenti ed i più importanti Un esempio = Quando si lascia la porta dell'edificio: - sulla sinistra dopo 30 metri vi troverete in Piazza Signoria con il Museo degli Uffizi e Palazzo Vecchio, se proseguite per 70 metri vi troverete ad attraversare Ponte Vecchio. - sulla destra vi troverete a 3 minuti dalla Cattedrale del Duomo.

The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

The apartment has been fully renovated (March 2024), entirely painted and decorated, with a new kitchenette and new flooring. Close to the River Arno, ten minutes by foot from the Uffizi Museum, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce you'll be able to move without the need to use public transportation. The two-room apartment consists in a bedroom, living room/cooking area and a bathroom.
