Nicosia abitazione tradizionale

The house is situated in the Old City of Nicosia (Greek side), inside the Venetian walls, within walking distance of Famagusta Gate. It is an example of traditional city architecture of the late 19th – early 20th century, restored to perfection under the supervision of the Nicosia Municipality. Furnished with antique furniture and decorated with much care and respect for the local traditions, the house is the perfect place to be if you want to explore Cyprus’s capital and feel its unique spirit.

Nicosia Spacious 2-bedroom Flat Retro Decor

Located near the centre of Nicosia in a beautiful neighborhood close to the old city, this apartment is a little gem! The apartment is 120 m² and comprises of two bedrooms, large kitchen, a spacious living and dining room and a WC with shower. The small balcony gives you a panoramic view of the city, where you can also enjoy the sunset. Located in Ayios Andreas within walking distance to historic Nicosia, very close to museums, archaeological sites, cafes, taverns, restaurants and bars.

Cosy home in the city

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor (3rd floor) of a block of flats in Ayios Dometios, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Located close to the "universities area" and right next to the city center, the flat is located in one of the best neighborhoods in town, close to all sorts of shops and services. 30 minutes walk from the city center, 20 minutes walk from the crossings to the Turkish Cypriot side. 5 minutes walk from all the necessary shops and services.

Unique House/Apartment in Latsia

A comfortable 1bedroom apartment with its own parking space. An open space kitchen with a living room face a large window to the garden and a patio on the side, providing extreme light all day. Unique location, quiet neighbourhood. Only 1 min drive to GSP stadium and the motorway, and 2 min drive to the Mall of Cyprus, the General Hospital and Athalassa National Forest Park. 10 min drive to the University of Cyprus. Also, 25 minutes drive to Larnaca airport and the beach.

Modern, airy, excellent location! Wifi

Beautiful, spacious and modern 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Acropolis. The flat has a veranda with an elevated view over Nicosia as well as a spacious bright veranda at the front. Short walk into town, 5 minutes walk from the Makarion hospital and park. The apartment is on the second floor of the block with an elevator. Self check-in is available. Fully licenced by the Tourism Ministry of the Republic of Cyprus under Licence Number AEMAK - 0004226.

Nicosia Center Cozy Short Stays

Awesome 2 bedroom apartment :) with 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and a spacious living room in Nicosia Center. It's a cozy place ideal for couples, families and travelling professionals. Within walking distance to Nicosia's old town as well as the downtown shopping district. Lots of grocery stores and convenience markets nearby. Bus station is a minute away and parking is available upon request.

Stunning Traditional Villa, Strovolos, Nicosia

Ifaistou Villa is a traditional Cypriot five bedroom, three bathroom villa with garden and off-street parking. Restored to its original beauty and listed as a building of special architectural interest under the government's conservation policy for historic buildings.
