Pinetree Lodge, romantic getaway in the Cotswolds

Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, high end luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep and arable farm. It provides wonderful outside living, with a well equipped outdoor kitchen, fire pit with accessories to bbq, roast or do one-pot meals and a charcoal BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

A luxury barn near Stratford and the Cotswolds

Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

Beautiful views & Private Entry Double bedroom

This freshly refurbished room offers compact self catering facility, within a beautiful rural setting, with lovely views and local walks/cycle routes, yet close to all necessary amenities in Henley-in-Arden and Hockley Heath, just a few (three) minutes drive away, with plenty of local pubs, restaurants, cafes to choose from. Airport parking may be possible as the location is a short drive away from Birmingham Airport & The NEC. Blythe valley, JLR and Solihull are also local for staying guests.

Idyllic Retreat "3 Orchard Nursery Long Marston"

Our tastefully finished 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 guests. It`s extremely green with ground source heating, sits in the grounds of Orchard Cottage/Orchard Nursery with a paddock & small terrace garden. The apartment has its own private entrance, open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, one is a double bed & one is adult bunk beds. Bathroom has a walk in shower. The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. Great for Warwickshire, Birmingham, Solihull

Dassett Cabin - retreat, relax, romance, rewild

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! The Stable perfect for couples and their well behaved dogs or parents if prepared to bring all baby equipment. In a quiet country lane 4 miles from Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon with its world famous theatre, Shakespeare houses plus the Cotswolds nearby. NEC half hour away. The Stable has good walks and is close to several National Trust houses; Charlecote Park 1 mile away with Capability Brown parklands; Compton Verney gallery & museum 7 miles with 120 acres of Capability Brown parkland.

Shepherds hut on beautiful farm

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with lovely rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Charming 17th Century Cotswolds Cottage

Charming quintessential 17th century, Grade II Listed cottage situated in the idyllic Cotswold village of Barton-on-the-Heath. Perfect garden with dining area, three double bedrooms with countryside views, two bathrooms (one as en-suite) and downstairs toilet. Farmhouse style kitchen with Aga, utility room, and a spacious living room with traditional wood burner. Easy parking to side of cottage. Please note the original stairs are steep, but easy to use with the assistance of the hand rail.

Park Hill Pod Farm Stay Tiny House

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Luxury Idyllic Shepherd Hut in The Cotswolds

Our designer Shepherds Hut is an idyllic shepherds retreat situated in a rural location close to all famous cotswold villages. A two nights stay over a weekend please if available. Situated on a farm, this luxury shepherd hut is unique with views of fields. Fully fitted to a very high specification and interior designed. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo within the hut for comfort and privacy. Very cosy.
