Beautiful scenic walks, cycle routes. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. A perfect base to explore from, rural walks directly from the door, Cowdray farm shop, Polo and pub a mile away.

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Tool Shed is in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is the ideal place to stop over if you're exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty. We are a short walk away from the stunning views from Older Hill, only ten mins drive to Midhurst and 20 mins to Goodwood and the sandy beaches of The Witterings beyond. As you need to walk outside to reach the shower room it’s a bit of a glamping experience! Covered bike storage, off road parking and a light breakfast are provided.

The Lodge is a stunning hidden gem, a unique property tucked behind the shops on Midhurst's main street, which itself lies at the heart of the South Downs National Park. The area offers something for everyone, whether exploring the walking/cycling trails of the area, going to a horse or motor racing event at Goodwood nearby, visiting Petworth's antique shops, the sandy beach at West Wittering, or exploring Midhurst's history and its fantastic local shops, pubs and restaurants.

This charming Georgian terraced house is located in the centre of Midhurst's Old Town in rural Sussex - a two minute walk to the shops, restaurants and cafes. It is ideally placed to explore the South Downs National Park by foot, bike or car and to enjoy sporting and local events at Cowdray and Goodwood. Don't miss the various events be it - polo, golf, motor, horse racing or adventure within a 10 mile area. It is also well located for several local wedding venues.

Quintessential South Downs Cottage

This rustic cottage sits at the foot of the South Downs, hike up 20 minutes and you are on top of the World! The cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex rural village. Easy access to Midhurst and within walking distance to The Blue Bell Inn. An array of alternative pubs can be found within an easy drive, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by the wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
