Willow Place is next to Beech Place (sleeps 4) and Acorn Place (sleeps 6) each with private patio, garden and parking.

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

It has a parking space and a little cottage garden. Its close to many beaches, right next to the Broads, and it's an ideal place to bike - flat and picturesque at the same time. It now has TV. Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!

Charming boathouse, Norfolk Broads

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
