Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ferienwohnung Innerwalten 100

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Bergblick App Fichte

The bright 'Bergblick - Fichte' apartment in Villnöss/Funes offers a peaceful setting with mountain views. The 50 m² accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a guest WC, and sleeps 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, and a TV. The apartment has a private balcony. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with garden and open terrace. The apartment is about 1.0 km from the village of St.

The Stickl Hideaway

The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, underfloor heating and a private sauna.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen neu gebauten Unterkunft in Burgstall, einem idyllischen Ort keine 7 km vor Meran. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet ihr die Gärten von Trautmannsdorf, die Thermen und alle weiteren Highlights des Burggrafenamts. Keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich der Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäft , Apotheke und Konditorei/Eisdiele. Vor dem Haus startet eine Busverbindung nach Meran oder Bozen.

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Holzer's" in San Leonardo In Passiria is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.
