I rented the Kayakers Retreat to enjoy kayaking with my family for my 75 Birthday! We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this spacious and well-equipped home to any large group for fun and relaxation. We all loved the passenger trains when they passed by. The children and adults waved them on their journey. Very easy to use the kayaks and clean life jackets large to infant. My 18 month grandson rode with his Dad with safe well maintained equipment! Would I stay here again? You bet, without hesitation. Thank you Frederic

My group and I originally picked Green Cove Springs simply because of the available space and the close proximity to the wedding venue in which our friends were to hold their ceremony. Upon arrival, we quickly realized we got so much more. Lost among the trees along the shore of the St. John's River, the quiet scenery was just as described to us. And, while otherwise out of the way of the main roads, local restaurants and stores were well within driving distance. I wish we had more time to spend on the property itself, but what little we did was more than satisfactory for us all.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our 2nd stay at Jan’s condo! When searching through the endless options on waterfront rentals in Florida my heart kept coming back to our first stay here so we booked our 2nd stay for twice as long. We could spend weeks here and look forward to booking again. The water views to see dolphins, birds and manatees are unbelievable. We also love the short walk across the street to the gorgeous uncrowded beach! Our young children love coming here and only wish to stay longer.

We had an incredible six-week stay at this home—truly the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! It was absolutely perfect for our family of five and our dog. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The yard was a huge bonus—spacious, well-kept, and ideal for both playtime with the kids and letting our pup roam safely. One of the highlights of each day was watching the magical sunsets from the property—breathtaking views that never got old. The location, comfort, and overall vibe of the home made it feel like a true getaway while still being family-friendly. We’re so grateful for such a memorable experience and would love to return in the future!

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week at Rebecca's condo!! Everything was very clean with great amenities. She was extremely responsive if we had any questions. The location cannot be beat - pedestrian walkway with traffic light is directly across the streat. We very highly recomend and hope to return next year!

Phenomenal stay! My family had an amazing time, the kids loved the playground and treehouse. The house was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with an artsy touch. We felt right at home, especially cooking and dining together. The peaceful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and stunning sunset views from the dock made it extra special. The host was awesome and super responsive. We’d definitely come back!

This home and location was everything we had hoped for and more! Extremely clean and beautiful home with all the amenities you could need. We arrived around 8pm and when we opened the front door to enter the home, we were greeted with the most amazing sunset over the river through the enormous sliding glass doors leading to the back porch. Our family had so many things on our list that we wanted to do in and around St. Augustine; however, we got so consumed by the beautiful views, relaxing, watching all of the wildlife including our daily visit by dolphins, kayaking, etc. that it was honestly hard to leave the home. Will 100 hundred percent come back here again and highly recommend. One of our all time favorite vacations with so many amazing memories. Thanks!
