The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

The Rockery is a stylish self contained 1 bedroom guest suite with a walk-in shower and essential kitchen amenities eg, small fridge freezer, combi microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is free parking, access to a light and airy conservatory and a decked garden perfect for relaxing in the sun. Portreath beach is located 4 miles away, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well as great travel links to the rest of Cornwall. There can be some noise from a recycling centre opposite

The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

The School House 'Romantic Retreat'

A beautiful restored Old School (self contained )central to key attractions in Cornwall. You’ll love the high ceilings, comfy bed, light yet cozy feel. There is a space in the lounge area for extra guests/children. A fully equipped kitchen at your disposal helps you to prepare something scrummy from the hamper of goodies supplied on arrival, and included in your booking price. 'The Artist's Loft' Amazing Sea and Harbour Views

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

The Arc is a small annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.

Seascape apartment is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony.
