The orientation is east and is located in the quiet part of town, surrounded by residential buildings. From the center it is 10-15 minutes walk away, a pleasant walk along the road, or a 5 minute car ride. City beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, or 4-5 minutes by car (Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan). Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, and a paved yard in a front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building. The city center it is a 20-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car. Walk to city beaches in a few minutes. Free public parking is available nearby. Studio apartman smješten na najvišem katu kuće, koncipiran je kao open plan a obuhvaća kuhinju sa dnevnom sobom i spavaonicu, kupaonu, balkon sa pogledom na more. Kuća se nalazi u mirnom dijelu grada Hvara, u neposrednoj blizini franjevačkog samostana te ima veliki vrt i puno zelenila. Prva plaža udaljena je 50 metara od kuće a centar grada 5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
