We had a great stay at Shorebreak! It is such a peaceful place and a great place to unwind. The home is as described. We came in April and the private beach below was not present, available, or swimmable due to the season/tides, but we rented a car and drove to some amazing local beaches. (Rented with Robert Thomson and he was awesome) Highly recommend Rainbow Bay and taking a day trip to Harbour Island. There are pretty limited options for restaurants (mostly fried food) so make sure to plan to cook most of your meals. The house is very remote but if thats what you are looking for, this place is perfect. Mark was a fantastic host and we look forward to coming back one day!

We had an absolutely delightful time staying at Serendipity on Eleuthera! Eleuthera is insanely beautiful and the villa is just perfect. The view is even more spectacular than any photo could ever convey, and we really enjoyed being able to walk right out back to our very own private swimming area. Swimming right there at the villa may have been our very favorite aspect of the trip! The time and thoughtfulness that Jodi and her family must have spent, carving out that little nook to allow for amazing access to the Caribbean, is so impressive :) The villa itself was also outstanding. So squeaky clean and filled with absolutely everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Jodi also allows access to the garage as well, where there are inner tubes, snorkels, masks, water shoes, etc. to make your stay perfect. Re: location, the villa is a ~8 min walk to Rainbow Bay Beach, one of the best on the island, and is centrally located, making it an easy drive to so much more. We will be back!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The garden has access to a gorgeous beach which is basically deserted any time of the day. The house is big and very comfy. The only thing missing is a washing machine for the clothes (which can be a bit complicated especially when you travel with a baby) Otherwise our 2 weeks stay have been a dream and Rick has been really reactive to any questions we had. Another great thing is a big notebook with all the tips and adresses at disposal in the house. You have everything in it and certainly don’t need anything else to explore the island.

La Round House è letteralmente meravigliosa, ricca di particolari e dettagli che la rendono accogliente e richiamano il mare, è circondata da natura incontaminata ma nonostante questo il proprietario è letteralmente a due passi per qualunque problema, vista mare bellissima con spiagge altrettanto belle raggiungibili a piedi ( franch bech e twins cove) . Consiglio di noleggiare un auto per visitare tutta l'isola che è paradisiaca ma se volete fare un vacanza di puro relax questa casa supererà qualunque aspettativa !

I travel a lot for work. I always look for peaceful places that feel safe and have beautiful surroundings (in the event that I get to enjoy them on a work trip). Mo was a clear and responsive host. Parking is so easy in this neighborhood. The space is even more spacious in person than I expected. Thanks, Mo!

Lillian’s Bungalows is one of the first things we booked when going to the island for a vacation and thank goodness we had it as our home base. This place is amazing with beautiful large rooms, comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything you need, the perfect porch for morning coffee, laundry at your disposal, the little touches of extra hats, bags, and towels- it truly was perfect. The property is a short walk to the nearest beach, nearby Seagrapes for great breakfast and any of your alcohol needs, and between restaurants and the clubs that made it easier for us to get around the island. To top all of that, Bev and Jim, as well as Stephanie and Randy, were extremely responsive, proactive, friendly, and made our trip a breeze. Highly recommend Lillian’s Bungalows if you are looking to come to Green Turtle Cay- you won’t regret it.

My wife & I just home from the best beach vacation ❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻 sooo peaceful & quiet & beautiful everyday 🌴☀️ Pema was right there whenever u needed him …he also was invisible when not needed 😎🤙🏼.. we quickly became friends.. he was always always so nice & so positive!! Bought us fresh fish from the local fishermen.. keep us well supplied with the basics 🙏🏻🙏🏻.. we already miss him ❤️ Phub was perfect chef .. loved everything he made for us .. grilled fish , little surprises with the fresh veggies he cooked , simple little marinades & dressing .. we too became friends We did venture out a few times , but for us we were most happy staying on the grounds … thank you Lisa 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Couldn’t have been more relaxed & happy when we left

This was our third trip to the island, and by far, the best stay we've had! Cat was incredibly responsive and provided great insights. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The king-size bed was a treat and we loved watching the hermit crabs and lizards roam around daily. The beach was peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling, both of which were fantastic. Power outages were minimal (to be expected on the island), and while water pressure on cisterns can be a bit low, it's nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, we had a perfect week in our favorite place and would highly recommend this property!

Mary was a fantastic host this weekend for my brothers Bachelor Party! Property is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of sleeping space and community areas like the beach and firepit. Would highly recommend this property for people visiting the Williamsburg VA area!

This was our second time to stay at this location. Everything, just as the 1st time, was great! All furnishings were adequate - this time (due to cooler temps) she added throw blankets which were handy in the morning and evening. This time we cooked more and used all cooking equipment which we found to be good quality and in working order. We did three fires in the pit and all went smoothly -- plenty of wood! Since we had to be transported to the island by way of boat, communication was important and they were there at the dock waiting and helped carry our baggage. We look forward to staying here next year.

Words will be inadequate to describe the magic of this place. But I shall attempt. First, it’s an island. I mean, who doesn’t want to stay on an island?! The vision that Ariane and Joe had, to watch this property for over a decade. To see the potential when it was overgrown and uninhabitable…WOW. Now, every window you peer out of is like you’re in the studio of an artist, looking at a masterpiece. I can imagine 100 years from now, when their children’s children’s children are drawing their boats up to visit their family island, there will be a book with pictures of Ariane and Joe, and the story of how they created this oasis right outside of Knoxville. As an artist/architectural designer, I can tell you that the feel of the house and how well constructed and appointed it is, will soothe your soul. It’s just refreshing to see things done so well. I imagine the day will come where this cottage will not be offered for rent anymore. Book it while you can! I am so glad I did.

Katty was a wonderful host! The area was exactly as pictured and described, we had everything one would need. I loved the outside shower! It had a wonderful tropical feel and not worried what so ever about privacy, you were totally alone. We spent evening in the quiet enjoying the peaceful surroundings! Many beaches, activities and excellent restaurants for foodies like me, all within a short drive or walking distance! Cannot wait to visit this Venice Tropical Oasis again! Where to start… this place is truly special. If you’re looking for a fancy resort this isn’t it, but if you want your own private insane white/pink sandy beach, local charm, and serenity this is your vacation. We were there 6 nights and saw one other person on the beach the entire time. We walked on the private beach 2 miles every morning followed by a swim in the ocean and a shower in the outdoor shower loaded with local shampoo and body wash made by a teacher on the island. We walked to pascals and had dinner and hung out with Sammy, and searched for other beaches only to realize ours was the best. It rained and we played cards inside our romantic cottage and listened to the waves. This is a special place and we will be back.

I absolutely loved this little home!! It made staying in obx just that much better! It was so close to everything yet private and peaceful! It was so clean and felt so homey!! My husband loved the speakers, as did I and it just took an already wonderful experience to the next level & don’t even get my started on their sweet little cat! I’m a cat lover and by the time I checked into their bnb I was missing my boys at home so much and she just brought that extra joy I didn’t know I needed. The hosts were so lovely and attentive and I would absolutely stay in the tree frog tower again!! I would also recommend it to anyone!

Great cottage on Lubbers, very peaceful and nicely redone. Easy to run over to Hope Town & other nearby cays daily. We kept our boat at the Lubbers Marina the entire trip due to high winds and had no issues at all. Comfortable bed, good AC and Starlink WiFi worked fantastic for remote work and streaming. Hosts were quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Loggerhead! Hannah and Ross were awesome hosts and very quick to respond. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean and cozy. The backyard space was amazing day and night, pool was clean and a great temperature. We loved the location - close to beach and many restaurants. The golf cart was a major bonus as we used it daily to explore AMI - so much better than a car! AMI has recovered well from the storms and the ocean is like a dream. Pristine white sands...Manatees, dolphins, many fish swimming by! So much to see and do! Our 6th year visiting AMI...it holds a special place in our hearts! We really hope to return, and would not hesitate to book again at Loggerhead! Thanks Hannah and Ross!

Just book it! Tim’s place is quite the unique getaway that everyone deserves to try. The island was adorable! We just loved the private oasis! All of the details were so thoughtful, from the fire pit, to the screened in hammock porch, to the stained glass details in our tiny home. It was just pure magic. Ooo and we loved finding little hidden fairly doors around the property! Tiny home big memories! Thanks for the amazing stay!

If you're looking for a Bahamas getaway, you've found it at Kestrel Cottage. The space is fresh, clean and inviting, and the hosts are very friendly. You'll have everything you need to relax and be comfortable in this charming beach villa. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with equipment and cooking essentials. Lots of fresh towels and linens. The views and breeze are amazing. Walk down to the dock for a swim in the ocean and enjoy a refreshing outside shower afterward. A short walk to Pete’s Pub & Gallery, or utilize one of the kayaks to paddle over. Dock your boat right out your backdoor to easily explore the rest of the Abaco Islands. We’ll definitely be back!

Tim and Michelle were wonderful and always available. We had a very peaceful and rejuvenating vacation which is exactly what we all needed. The home and location was perfect! We really enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the porch and falling asleep to the sound of the waves! Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Beautiful private island retreat! We loved staying at this townhouse and it was in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and this unit comes with a golf cart so there’s no need to fuss with a rental. I cannot say enough great things about this rental! It’s even more charming in person!
