Our secluded cottage, located at the foot of outstanding ancient woodland with beautiful Teme Valley views, offers a newly refurbished annexe for our guests. A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in is from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

The Summerhouse is a delightful detached lodge in the grounds of our cottage. Designed to allow total privacy with your own entrance,garden and patio area, hot tub and sun loungers. Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, 3.8l air fryer, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

A cottage built in 1870, with use of extensive gardens, in the courtyard of a medieval Manor House, having beautiful views over the open countryside. The rooms are sunny and airy, with your comfort in mind. Featuring a kingsize bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Logs and a log burner are there for you to get cosy. Pleasant walks begin from the doorstep with maps provided. Peaceful but close to the M42 and rail networks.
