The newly refurbished The Bell pub, offers a great selection of ales, wines and food and is within walking distance. IMPORTANT: ******* Check in, from 2 pm. The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

There are no other amenities but a short 5 minute drive will take you to the village of Eynsham or Yarnton where you can get most things. Property is an 8 minute drive to Blenheim Palace, or walking out of the village you can catch a bus to Oxford city, or the historic town of Witney.

Little Acorn is the annexe to Acorn Cottage, dating from 1650 beside 12thc Grade 1 church, own gate into churchyard, footpaths to farmland. Half mile from M40 and Ridgeway track. Buses to/from Oxford/London 24 hours. Fast wifi, flatscreen TV (via internet) large shower and patio with views. Tea/coffee/kettle and fridge. Parking on drive. Light sensors. No dogs, no smoking/vaping please, even in the garden! No shop in village!!! Two working cocker spaniels on site.
