Characterful town house on Elm Hill

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Town centre, 3 bedrooms, parking, walk to town

The cottage is only a 10 minute walk to town where you will find the Theatre Royal, Greene King Brewery, Cathedral, Abbey Gardens, shops & restaurants. It is also in walking distance to the Rugby club & Hospital. If you like a property with character and the benefit of modern amenities then the cottage will be the perfect stay for you. Well equipped for couples, groups or families with open plan living, 3 bedrooms (over two floors) & two bathrooms (one en-suite). Parking for one car on drive.

Kiln House, Snape Maltings

Kiln House is a quality holiday home at Snape Maltings, home of the Aldeburgh Festival, with shops, galleries. cafes, excellent pub, and plenty of free parking. The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office. Three modern bath/shower rooms for the three bedrooms give added privacy for all guests, with beds being king, double and single.

Detached 3 bedroom holiday home in Sheringham

Explore the North Norfolk coast from this convenient and comfortable home. Turnstone is a peaceful, detached home with 3 spacious bedrooms, and a large kitchen diner, plus separate living room. The garden is completely enclosed and safe for dogs and children. There are lovely views across the common to the front, and plenty of space on the drive for 2 cars. You can follow the brook across the road for a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, which will take you to the town centre and sea front.

Quirky open-plan house with large garden

Set in a quiet, friendly street off the main road, this bright, airy home is just a block away from one of Norwich’s best loved real ale pubs, and an all day restaurant with a mouth watering menu! It's a 20 minute stroll to the heart of our historic city center, and a short walk to the River Wensum where you may spot the elusive otter! Marriott’s Way and Wensum Park are also close, and Earlham Cemetery, where you may see Muntjac deer at dusk, hedgehogs, squirrels, and a variety of birds.

Come and stay at this wonderful Georgian 2 bedroom house completely renovated in the heart of Holt with parking for one car . The luxury bathroom has a marble top vanity unit sink, double shower enclosure with a rain waterfall shower head to help you relax after a long day exploring the delights of North Norfolk. The beautiful kitchen has marble worktops, seating for 5 people and it even has a instant boiling water tap so you don't have to wait for your morning cup of tea or coffee .

The perfect city break 3 bedrooms/Parking

A beautiful comfortable Modern 3 story city house close to train station and a stones throw from Norwich City foot ball stadium, A perfect place to stay while you explore wonderful historic Norwich. The house is all yours with 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a well equipped kitchen and a sunny patio area to sit out and eat alfresco. Free permit parking for 1 car but we can provide 2 on request There is a height restriction to enter the parking area and this is 2.1 Meters
