Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The Sail Loft, Cosy, Peaceful walks by the Seaside

The Sail Loft, is among a small selection of 20 or so similar property built in the 1950's located on a secluded, quiet private road. It is a short stroll to Beachfront and Coastal Paths of Langstone Harbour & shoreline, which look across the Harbour to Chichester and the Southdowns. It is a peaceful place to relax and recharge or an ideal base to Sail, Bicycle, Kite Surf, Fish or Simply Watch the incredible selection of birds, seals and wildlife attracted to the waters edge.
