Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Annex @ Wayside Cottage, Charlton Musgrove

Located in South Somerset and easily accessed from the A303, Charlton Musgrove is on the borders of Dorset and Wiltshire, and only 5 minutes away from Wincanton and its race course. The annex is self contained with its own parking, front door living/bedroom area, kitchen and shower room/toilet. A few strides from the friendly local pub The Annex provides an ideal base or stop off point for exploring all that the South West has to offer, which includes many local walks and places of interest.

The Old Silk Barn off Bruton High Street

The Studio at the Old Silk Barn is a newly created space for two people situated literally off Bruton High Street with its Michelin Star Restaurant, numerous art galleries, Museum, shops and restaurants. The space consists of a luxury kitchen & breakfast bar, sitting area, ingenious Italian Murphy bed, & is very comfortably & stylishly furnished. The apartment with underfloor heating, offers a large bathroom, TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher & everything needed for a comfortable self catered stay.

Enjoy the large hut’s interior amid thoughtful industrial style decor and modern finishes and embrace outdoor living in your own large outdoor space, surrounded by breathtaking views of the countryside. Relax in the large fire fuelled hot tub, lounge on the deck in front of the fire pit or grab a bean bag and find a quiet spot in your own private paddock. This place offers luxurious comfort indoors and out.

The Rook- A perfect little countryside retreat

The Rook is situated within the garden of our lovingly restored grade ll listed cottage. Barn-like in structure, it's a bright and airy space providing a simple yet stylish hideaway. Although we are located in the rural village of South Brewham we are close to the delights of Bruton with all its offerings. You have your own entrance, a lush kingsize bed, an ensuite walk-in shower, coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge. An additional single bed can be made up on the mezzanine.

Godminster Manor Cottage

Set in a private cobbled courtyard on an organic farm, half a mile from Bruton, this old stone cottage has been lovingly restored. It has an inglenook fireplace, oak-framed roofs, flagstone and elm floors, with art and furniture collected over many years filling the rooms. Bruton is renowned for its restaurants and art galleries. The 'Newt in Somerset' is next door and there many other wonderful nearby destinations and beautiful walks from the farm within the surrounding countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Green Hut: A haven of peace and tranquility

The Green Hut is a cosy but luxurious getaway in the walker's paradise of in Batcombe, situated just behind our converted barn in a tree-lined paddock. This self-contained shepherd's hut is perfect for one or two people to immerse themselves in true rural relaxation, whilst being close to the beautiful market towns of Frome and Bruton. Whether sat outside soaking up the views in the sunshine, or snuggled up by the wood burner on a rainy day, The Green Hut is the ideal place to unwind.

Swallows End offers a relaxing hideaway for both business and holiday travellers. A short distance from both the A303 and Gillingham Station, which provide links to the West Country and London. The National Trust property, Stourhead is very close and for walkers, the Monarch's Way runs through the adjacent fields. Well situated for both Longleat and Bath.

Wrens House is a shepherds hut nestled in the Alham Valley, an area of re-wilding close to the fashionable towns of Bruton and Frome. We have an outdoor bath so what better way to cool down and relax. Included in your stay is our delicious breakfast. Want a place you can get back to nature? Here you can unwind, watch deers wander and birds dance above your head. We can also arrange private yoga sessions and on site massages. We can't wait to share our magical spot

Situated in a quiet street in the Conservation area of the town Wincanton with its eclectic mix of independent shops and pubs, Mill Street Cottage is the perfect retreat to unwind. Recently renovated with relaxation and comfort in mind a warm welcome awaits you at this charming cottage. There are two bedrooms that can be configured with either 2 x King size beds or 1x King and 2 x Single beds to offer flexible accommodation for up to 4 guests.
