Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Valley View-Sonoma Mountain Terrace

Take your wine country tour to a new level with a visit to Sonoma Mountain Terrace, a unique agri-tourism stay on a luxurious, non-traditional dairy farm. This recently remodeled guest suite in Santa Rosa’s Junior College neighborhood offers a cozy retreat for 1-2 guests. It features a queen-size bed with a natural latex mattress, Smart TV, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and electric kettle. Relax in the shared garden courtyard with Adirondack chairs, a bistro table, and a propane grill. On-street parking is plentiful, and with a Walk Score of 85, you’re close to shops, dining, and the college.

Zen House on 15 acres

This is a tranquil retreat in a magnificent setting, surrounded by a creek, and by meadows and woodlands. You will love the way natural light floods the house, and the feeling of being out in nature even when you are inside. The house is open and spacious with outside decks for entertaining, and for enjoying the fresh air and the peaceful quiet. Set for 4 guests but can easily accommodate 6-8. There is an extra $100 nightly per-person charge for parties over 4.

Wine Country Cottage Walkable to River or Downtown

Centrally located retreat 5 blocks from downtown, Russian River and 3 blocks from at least 9 wineries. Living room fully opens to private deck w/BBQ, outdoor kitchen, dining space and fire place. Gourmet equipped kitchen with many cooking amenities to enjoy wine and a great meal in the garden patio or BBQ outside and relax. Luxury bathroom with heated towel rack and bidet. A small cozy two bedroom with many amenities and thoughtful touches.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

Rustic Yet Luxurious Cabin in the Redwoods

This rustic yet luxurious cabin is the perfect place to unplug. Walk through the woods, relax by a fire, and enjoy the food and wine of the Russian River Valley. 10 minutes from the beach. Minutes from Occidental, Graton, Forestville, and Guerneville. House has a full bathroom, bedroom downstairs with a Cal King bed and one upstairs with two twin beds. 5 acres in the redwoods, trampoline, fire pit area, high-speed Internet.

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco.
