Minutes from the public dock, you are centrally located to access the surrounding cities via boat. Wake up to roosters and enjoy your Guatemalan coffee on our private, lush and green patio surrounded by the early morning fog. Lofty Nest - Casa Cushin (Granja Tzikin)

Lofty Nest is a cozy rustic room located above our bar and restaurant at Granja Tz’ikin, a living permaculture farm in Tzununá. Ideal for social and easygoing travelers who enjoy community atmosphere and music. The room includes a comfortable bed with valley views. Guests use a shared bathroom and nearby outdoor shower. Because it is above the bar, music or activity may occur, especially on weekends. This is a lively, nature-based stay — expect insects, wildlife sounds and rural conditions.

Eco-Cabana en el Bosque Nuboso

Stay in a unique earthen tiny home in the cloud forest of Bahia de Santiago. A magical and tranquillo forest getaway away from the busyness of town, but close enough to make easy trips in for supplies. Cottage has 2 beds, a loft, and kitchen. Includes solar hot shower in a greenhouse and composting toilet, with access to all gardens and common areas. Casa Bela is a 2 story cob home, with bottle mosiac walls and artisan stone floor. Includes bedding and blankets.

La Orquídea Amarilla - Lakefront Home

Inspired by the architectural gems of Antigua, this lakefront home features a large central courtyard with traditional wood columns, fountain, outdoor dining room, and living room. The house features two identical master suites. Each with wrap-around balconies. Two other bedrooms have queen beds. The house boasts the best of both worlds modern amenities in a stylish traditional setting, all within the beauty of gardens and breath-taking views of Lake Atitlan.

Our eco-cabin was entirely built from local, natural, and recycled materials and is located in a private neighborhood in the corner of Santiago Bay. Surrounded by forest, the lake and coffee plantations, it is a perfect spot for nature lovers and bird watchers. Our cabin features a beautiful open air second-level wooden pavilion, perfect for observing the natural environment, practicing yoga or throwing up a hammock to take a siesta up in the trees.

Casa De Pescado's

Lake access available through gated property across the street. Casa de Pescado's was the first AFrame built in San Marcos La Laguna. Fully renovated in 2023/2024 and very honored to open its doors to the public after thoughtfully partnering with a NYC friend and designer to bring our space to its full potential. Guests will enjoy a completely private property with over 50 fruit trees and other exotic plants and flowers to enjoy.
