A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.

Quiet although 2 minutes away from metro, buses, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to a national park with tennis, miles walks, beautiful views, beaches. 5 min to clean outdoor pools. Family friendly seaside apartment at lovely Kungsholmen in Stockholm city center. 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King size bed (180cm) Bedroom 2: Kids room- Queen size bed (140cm) Kitchen & livingroom, big open space Bathroom Balcony Wi-Fi Outside the apartment you find a lot of restaurants, supermarket, beach walk, place to swim, 4 playgrounds & buses. Metro is 600 meters walk. Huset är byggt 2013 så visst slitage finns. Jag har många gröna växter & blir jätteglad om mina gäster ger dem vatten.
