Perfect summer vacation spot near the city of Stockholm. Fantastic family house in a calm area 15 minutes with car outside Stockholm, Sjöberg. A modern house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, separate tv-room. open kitchen and living room. A nice garden with small pool and a trampoline. Has separate guesthouse if needed for 3 extra people. The house has forest just behind. Close to the bus stop, supermarket, sushi, pizza restaurant, playgrounds and water (both lake and the sea).

Our house is located in Sollentuna, on top of a hill with great view over the area. Edsviken bay is a 10 min walk away, where you can go for a swim at one of the little beaches, a run around the bay or just a picnic. The commuter rail is just down the hill (4 min walk) and takes you to Stockholm Odenplan in 11 min and Stockholm C in 13 min. The train leaves every 6 min. The house has an open fire and big garden. It’s perfect for families with children
