Det är inte tillåtet att bjuda in fler personer till huset under vistelsen Med bästa läget i Häggvik ligger huset 3 min från E4an, 5 minuter från Häggviks handelsplats (10 min gång), 4 min till Sollentuna Centrum (10 min gång), 3 min ner till vackra Edsviken som också har en badstrand. (10 min gång) Pendeltåg Sollentuna C - Stockholm C (ca 13 min)

A modern house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, separate tv-room. open kitchen and living room. Has separate guesthouse if needed for 3 extra people. The house has forest just behind. Close to the bus, supermarket, sushi, pizza restaurant, playgrounds and water (lake and sea). In the garden there is a terrace pool, a pergola, soccer goal, gym bar area, barbecue and trampoline.

A short walk will take you to the water of Edsviken with beaches and beautiful strolls along the water. The area offers various green areas, playgrounds, football fields and Forrest reserve Tegelhagen. Around the corner (300 m) you find Edsviken’s Piazza and Gelateria offering home made ice cream as well as food and drinks. Further down the street (500 m) you also find bakery Gateau.

Welcome to our charming 1920s home, thoughtfully styled in a cozy Scandinavian design and spread across three floors. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you’ll find plenty of fruits and berries to pick during the season. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, heated to around 38°C year-round.
