Unique exclusive quiet penthouse/loft

This is a top quality opportunity! 100 kvm penthouse/loft, all alone on the top floor, VERY PRIVATE and quiet location with terrace, windows facing the sky including from the jacuzzi. Spacious and open apartment with large kitchen and living room. Calm and quiet separate bedroom with double bed (Hästen Continental 180 cm). The esthetics in the apartment is a matter of the heart for me, therefor I only welcome guests with a truly gentle touch. Beauty needs to be cared for. Fully equipped machinery in all respects. An extremely bright and beautiful apartment with lots of windows, wooden floors, original beams and brick walls. There are more windows than walls :-) Situated in a charming, central area one block from Odenplan where you find all buses and the subway. Nybyggt Attefallshus som är ombonat och sött.

Vårat gästhus ligger mitt emellan Stockholms flygplats (Arlanda) och Stockholm. På 5 minuter tar du dig till pendeltåget som tar dig till Stockholm på 25 min. Du kommer att älska vårat ställe på grund av denna idyll bestående av gamla hus från början av förra seklet. Boendet rymmer par och familjer (med barn), finns även barnstol + barnsäng. Det finns två golfbanor på promenadavstånd samt närhet till badsjöar. Cyklar finns att låna. Köpcentrum med restaurang och matvaruaffär finns runt hörnet.

Bo i en elegant sekelskifteslägenhet med sjöutsikt – mitt på eftertraktade Kungsholmen. Du har en privat svit med sovrum, separat vardagsrum/matrum och egen balkong. Vardagsrum/matrum med stort matbord, soffa och Smart TV med Netflix. Sovrum med 180 cm säng från Jensen och Smart TV med Netflix. Privat badrum med dusch (nås från hallen). Kök och det andra vardagsrummet delas – men vi ger er full integritet. Observera: delat boende med diskret värd. En lugn, lyxig oas nära stadens puls.

Beatyful boutique, best location, Stockholm

A comfortable, light 2-room, apartment at Östermalm (Sthlms Beverly Hills), close to the city, subway, buses, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The is walking distance to city and green areas. Living room with a 40 inch SmartTV, fast WiFi (Netflix) and bedroom (kingsize bed) with a TV. In the big bright living room there are 2 couches and a big table. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. The building has an elevator. French balcony from the living room.

Exklusiv villa med fantastisk sjöutsikt och pool

Exklusivt hus med pool, bastu och fantastisk utsikt och solnedgång på Lidingö, bara 10 minuter från centrala Stockholm. Huset är 270 kvm och har tre terasser mot sydväst. Fullt utrustat kök med matplats för 10, utomhusgrillar (gas och kol) och vardagsrum med öppen spis. Tre sovrum (180/140/90 sängar), badrum och TV-rum på på övervåningen, 180 cm bäddsova i TV-rum i källaren samt badkar och bastu i anslutning till poolen. Egen parkering och en busshållplats från Ropsten.

With walking distance to the city centre, this 2 room apartment that some describe as having a hotel-feel, is very welcoming. With BoO sound system, om demande services on the tv, cable, dishwasher and maidservice (at additional cost) My home offers a relaxed and stylish stay here in Stockholm. Funkishus inrett av arkitekt i färgstark art déco-stil. Huset ligger i Olovslunds Trädgårdsstad med park och plaskdamm 150 meter från huset. Stor veranda med gasolgrill. Trädgård som gränsar mot allmänning. Studsmatta, gunga och koja. 4 sovrum, en dubbelsäng 210x180, en våningssäng, en 120-säng, en barnsäng 160x75 cm.
