Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Die nächste Bushaltestelle Richtung Aachen ist 20 m entfernt. Busverbindungen zum CHIO sind fußläufig in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Im Gebäude befindet sich eine Weinhandlung und eine exklusive Weinbar mit Bistro-Küche die von Donnerstags bis Samstags ab 19.00 geöffnet ist. E-Auto Ladesäule vor dem Haus.
