Selv om rorbua ligger fredelig til, er det kort vei til dagligvarebutikk og alt man trenger. Her får man både natur og komfort.

Hytta har ikke innlagt strøm og vann, men oppgradert anlegg slik at det er 12V, 230v, varmt og kaldt vann i springen. Koketopp og stekeovn på gass. Minimum 22 år for leie.
