The Ilium Suite 403,Luxury 1bd Suite Downtown Troy

Stay in a beautifully restored historic Ilium building in the very heart of Downtown Troy, where timeless charm meets modern comfort. This apartment features a bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a rollaway twin cot upon request. Please note the building also has an event venue that may host celebrations during your stay, and ongoing construction in other areas may cause occasional noise during normal business hours, that is planned to be finished by fall 2026.

The OsWaldorf Hotel

Comfy, oddball studio that preserves the pre-gentrified bohemian feeling of Troy circa 2005. Lovingly constructed by mysterious artisan Oswaldo who stayed in November 2005 and then disappeared, leaving this gem as part of his local legacy. In the heart of downtown Troy, two doors from TAKK house, sharing the alley with Peck's, blocks from Saturday farmers market, walking distance from RPI. This unit is private but the large kitchen and laundry (green floor) is occasionally accessed by hosts.

This 2nd floor one bedroom in a Historic Brownstone 1800's across the street from Washington park. Beautiful woodwork throughout with all the comforts of home. Great area where you can walk or jog in the park or just enjoy a cup of coffee outside. Choice of restaurants, stores & shops on Lark street. Movie theater, hospitals and malls all in close proximity. We are located on State street in Albany in a desirable residential area with easy Uber or Lyft service available. ((NO PARTIES!!))

Peaceful, quiet, restful sleep in the upstairs bedrooms. 5 minutes away from Albany airport. Convenient location. The home has had many updates, but not all has been updated yet (original kitchen and carpets). This was our family home while I raised my children, so it is well loved and we are happy to share it with you now.

Its owner Kelli spent time learning from some of the best horseman in Ireland who resided in their own “Hunt Box”or small living quarters connected directly to the barn.
