Nice cozy place in such a great location, and the host was so responsive and lovely! Definitely recommend this place for solo travelers and couples!

Sherman was a great host! I stayed here for 3 months for my clinical rotation and it was perfect for what I needed! Full kitchen, great shower, large washer and dryer, and a comfortable living space. Sherman provided anything I needed and was always responsive. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. Would stay here again!

Nils was a great host so glad his stay was available last minute. He was an amazing host with how quick he responded , gave recommendations, and overall nice person. Place is pet friendly which was amazing and hard to find in this location. Neighborhood isn’t the best but that’s expected with the area and there’s lot to do and good food options around. I wouldn’t mind booking with him again 😊

It’s a beautiful little spot, perfect for two people. The host was extremely accommodating and super sweet. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a place that has the host on property but she was very relaxed so for the 1st time I didn’t mind the house be attached to hosts main property. Definitely would stay again. Great stay in Santa Monica! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well-located — walking distance to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The place was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood, easy check-in, and the host was responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay — comfy bed, kitchen, and a cozy vibe. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Santa Monica!

George’s home was the perfect size of my big family. Not only was it exactly like the photos, but amenities he had through out the home was greatly appreciated! George was communicative, responsive and flexible from the time I booked to the time I checked out. He and his son also dropped off donuts for our family the morning we checked out! I’ve never had an Airbnb host as caring and thorough as George. My only regret was we didn’t stay longer but I’m looking forward to booking his home again when we come back to LA!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a 9–14 minute drive to Disneyland, with gas stations, grocery stores, and a Starbucks conveniently nearby. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bedrooms were spotless with cozy comforters. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The host was very communicative and responsive, which made everything even smoother. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great value for the price. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly
