This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

We live 2 stair flights below. Walk to restaurants, shops, Galleria. Beautiful views out every window. Quiet, safe, lovely neighborhood. Water filtered-drinkable from tap. You control temperature. Loft accessible for yoga, meditation, tv, pilates if knowledged.

Close to 101 & 405 Freeways, The Galleria, Westfield Mall, Pavilions, Gelsons, Ralphs, Whole Foods, Best Buy, CVS. 5 miles to Studio City, 7 to Universal Studios + Warner Bros. 9 miles to Hollywood, Beverly Hills + West Hollywood. Gardeners tend to the landscape Tuesday afternoons.

Dedicated air-conditioning/heating unit, kitchen (for light cooking with 2 burner portable cooktop/microwave/toaster oven) , organic cotton queen bed, granite counter tops, full size stainless steel frig, as well as slate floors. Bathroom is granite, a double sink and slate shower. Includes 55" TV with cable, and WiFi. Hosts live in the house with active family with dogs that bark.

The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. Meticulously cleaned & filled with amenities! Walking distance grocery store & eateries. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.
