Whether you're heading north or south on I-95, our property is the ideal stopover for a quick rest or a longer stay. Located in the Fayetteville/Ft. Liberty (formerly Ft. Bragg) area, we offer a clean, safe, cozy and comfortable retreat. Our private, one-level space is designed with convenience in mind. There are no steps anywhere on the property, making it easily accessible for guests of all ages/abilities. We are proud to be a family-friendly, inclusive, pet-friendly, and EV-friendly property.

Unique efficiency suite completely remodeled as of November, 2020. This house is tucked away in a great neighborhood, making you feel like you are out in the woods on a private creekside retreat. You have 2 acres of creekside property all to yourself. Upgrades in the home include new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, gorgeous custom tilework in the bathroom, a fantastic covered deck overlooking the rear of the property and it is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.

Tiny Home Farm, just off I-95, 10 min Fayetteville

Located 1 min off I-95 & 10 min from Fayetteville on the McDaniel Pine Farm, quietly nestled down a beautiful rock path you’ll feel right at home immediately. Tiny home with 1 bathroom, small kitchen & living area couch converts into a full bed. You’ll enjoy a beautiful outside living area complete with fire pit, sitting area and front porch chairs to sip your coffee overlooking the farm. Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

Legacy Farms Leisure Area

We aren't a self check in stay & our normal check in hours are 3pm to 8pm since we are a working farm. If you are looking at booking a longer stay & a night seems blocked, please message me to confirm that the night is truly booked. Legacy Farms has a 23 foot RV in its own little area on a 43 acre horse farm. All kinds of farm animals & activities to enjoy. Peaceful getaway yet close enough to civilization to almost be "glamping." (Disclosure we are well water which can have a sulfur smell)

Come make yourself at home in our rustic tiny home on 4 acres, nestled right next to an equestrian estate. Whether you’re looking for a country get away or quick highway stop off 95, this stay won’t disappoint! Enjoy a meal on the covered patio or walk the property to view the neighboring horses. Our tiny house features a separate bedroom with full bed, as well as a futon and a single inflatable sleeping mat. Prepare a quick meal with the kitchenette or outdoor grill and sit back and relax!

Skip the hassles of campground life with this glamping-style getaway in the woods. You will feel as you were sleeping in the middle of nature but with the feeling of comfortable space. Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

Come enjoy a cozy and quiet stay directly on the Cape Fear River! Take in all the beauty of the backyard no matter the season! Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee and head on down to the river via a private bridge and view the sunrise! Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.

Modern and Rustic 3 bed/2 Bath Retreat

A modern rustic home with personal touches in a quiet neighborhood located in Fayetteville. It's great for a walk or run. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.
