The apartment, 120 sq meters (1300 sq feet), has 2 beautiful bedrooms, separated by a living room, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen with a dining room has a nice terrace. The apartment is extremely quiet and has been renovated in December 2016. As a new host I look forward to helping my guests to spend a great holiday.

L’appartamento è nuovo, arredato in stile moderno e completo di elettrodomestici al fine di rendere il vostro soggiorno più confortevole.

The apartment is in Florence’s environmental ZTL, closed to the most polluting vehicles (Euro 0–1 petrol and diesel, older motorcycles/mopeds). The gate is about 200 m away.
