Charming design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Genießen Sie die wundervolle Aussicht auf den Santner, Schlern und das Dorf Seis am Schlern! Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie Sonne tanken, Essen und entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Die Wohnung, die zu einem Bauernhof gehört, wird von Genovefa und Franz gemeinsam mit ihren Kindern verwaltet. Die Gäste schätzen diesen Ort für die isolierte Lage und die spektakuläre Aussicht. Appartment Pic - Garni Vergissmeinnicht

La casa Vergissmeinnicht dista 1 Km dal centro di Selva Gardena da raggiungere comodamente con il bus gratuito oppure la passeggiata a piedi in 15 minuti. In estate vicino ai sentieri per escursioni verso Ciampinoi, Monte Pana e Alpe di Siusi. In inverno partendo da casa con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista da sci Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata con il comprensorio del Sella Ronda. Un cordiale benvenuto a tutti famiglie e anche motociclisti.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Direkt an Wiesen, Felder und Spazierwege angebunden, kann die wunderschöne Naturlandschaft des Eisacktals und des Grödnertals genossen werden. Das Alpine Chalet Aurora ist mit einem eigenen Open-Air-Solarium bzw. einer großen Gartenterrasse, einem Essplatz, einigen Sonnenliegen und vielen Spielgeräten für Kinder ausgestattet.

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails.
