Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

A Bright Contemporary Condo right on the Seattle waterfront facing the Puget Sound. If you love looking at the ocean then my place is for you. Its a very calming experience to look out of the windows. Watch the ferries and ships go by right in front of the living room.
